A month ago the development of Twenty Twenty, the new default theme for WordPress 5.3, started. I was fortunate enough to see the development starting in the early days. As I’m very passionate about theme development, I contributed pretty much from the first day.
While working on my sister’s site, I noticed that every image was available in 10 different formats caused by 19 different images size definitions.
Just stumbled upon this fantastic video of Mike Pound who explains how SQL injections work and what risk they cause. Please note that running SQL injections on other’s sites is considered a crime! Don’t be a jerk and only experiment with SQL injections on own (local) sites!

Another day, another patch. Today, I’ve enhanced the file contributing.txt that my colleague Kjell recently added to the Twenty Nineteen theme in the WordPress core. Recently, the Twenty Nineteen theme had been moved from Github to Trac.
